There is always that one Biblical question that really peaks your interest and for me it was when my nephew asked, “How could there be light in Genesis 1:3 before God created the sun in Genesis 1:14?”
After a few days of study, the Holy Spirit revealed the answer and that started a fascination with finding out the answer to the most difficult Biblical questions.
If you have not discovered the thrill and enjoyment of searching the Bible and finding answers, I suggest you try and find the answer to your most puzzling question.
The answer to the question above is; Genesis 1:1 says in the begining God, 1 John 1:5 says God is light, Revelation 21:23 says God’s light is illuminating and 1 Timothy says God dwells in unapproachable light.
This illuminating light of God is so bright that in the new Jerusalem, there will be no need of the sun or of the moon to shine upon it, for the glory of God will illuminate it.
What will be true in the end of time was also true in the begining of time. God illuminated the entire space until He placed in order the sun and moon.
Father, help us to discover the thrill of finding the answers to the most difficult questions and lead us and guide us into all Your truth. In the name of Jesus I pray, amen.
